Hubungan Kontrol Diri dengan Perilaku Agresif pada Siswa yang Mempunyai Fenomena Praktek Buli di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Langgudu Kabupaten Bima

Fenomena bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan isu sosial yang sangat serius, terutama di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Langgudu Kabupaten Bima, dengan penekanan pada bagaimana kontrol diri dapat mempengaruhi tindakan bullying. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 200 siswa dari populasi 373 siswa di SMKN 1 Kecamatan Langgudu Kabupaten Bima. Pengumpulan data dengan skala kontrol diri dan skala perilaku agresi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan laporan KPAI (2025), terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam jumlah kasus bullying di Indonesia, di mana sekitar 70% siswa melaporkan pernah mengalami atau menyaksikan tindakan bullying. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku agresif, termasuk pengalaman buruk di masa lalu, pengaruh teman sebaya, serta dukungan keluarga yang terbatas. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh hubungan yang negatif antar kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresi menunjukan hubungan negatif yang signifikan (r = -0,718, p<0,01). Dengan memahami peran kontrol diri, diharapkan dapat ditemukan strategi yang efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif di kalangan siswa, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih aman dan mendukung.
