Kesiapan karir merupakan aspek penting bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin kompleks di era digital. Namun, masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan arah karir akibat keterbatasan pemahaman diri dan minimnya akses terhadap informasi karir. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karir siswa melalui program Digital Career Navigator berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI). Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring di SMK Swadaya Kota Semarang pada tanggal 3 Maret 2026 dengan durasi 120 menit. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, asesmen diri berbasis AI, diskusi kelompok, serta penyusunan rencana karir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap potensi diri, wawasan mengenai pilihan karir, serta kemampuan dalam menyusun perencanaan karir secara lebih terarah. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal, efektif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi model inovatif dalam pengembangan layanan bimbingan karir berbasis teknologi di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan. Untuk kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya, disarankan agar program dikembangkan dengan cakupan peserta yang lebih luas serta durasi pendampingan yang lebih intensif sehingga hasil yang diperoleh dapat lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pengembangan platform berbasis Artificial Intelligence yang lebih interaktif dan terintegrasi dengan kebutuhan dunia industri juga perlu dilakukan agar rekomendasi karir yang diberikan semakin akurat dan relevan. Kegiatan selanjutnya juga dapat melibatkan pihak industri, praktisi karir, maupun alumni sebagai mitra pendamping sehingga siswa memperoleh gambaran nyata mengenai dunia kerja dan peluang karir di masa depan.
