Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Gurah Kediri dengan sasaran utama guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK), pengurus dan anggota Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R), serta konselor sebaya. Survei awal menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 40% siswa mengalami stres dan kecemasan, sementara 25% mengalami tekanan emosional yang memengaruhi proses belajar dan hubungan sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas konselor sebaya dalam komunikasi interpersonal dan konseling dasar, mengembangkan sistem mentoring terstruktur antara guru BK dan konselor sebaya, mengurangi stigma terhadap layanan konseling, serta memperkuat sistem dukungan sosial sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, pelatihan edukasi interpersonal, pendampingan mentoring, kampanye edukasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata kompetensi konselor sebaya sebesar 44,4% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada penanganan krisis ringan (51,7%). Persepsi positif siswa terhadap layanan konseling meningkat signifikan, ditandai dengan kenaikan kesediaan mengunjungi ruang BK dari 34,2% menjadi 71,8%. Program ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs 3 (Kesehatan yang Baik), SDGs 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas), dan SDGs 17 (Kemitraan untuk Tujuan), serta menghasilkan modul pelatihan dan panduan mentoring yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain.
