Inovasi Pembelajaran Ilmu Gizi Olahraga: Pengembangan E-Modul dengan Model ADDIE

Abstract

Pengembangan terhadap perangkat pembelajaran ke dalam bentuk digitalisasi akan memberikan pengaruh aksesibilitas pada penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran (e-modul) pada materi ajar ilmu gizi olahraga dengan pendekatan ADDIE. Pada tahapan Analysis (analisis kebutuhan) dilakukan wawancara terhadap dosen, dan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dibutuhkan pengembangkan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyebaran angket terhadap mahasiswa, dimana mayoritas responden (90%) menyatakan media pembelajaran konvensional memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal aksesibilitas dan keluasan materi. Selain itu, lebih dari 95% responden menyatakan dukungan yang kuat terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital, sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan perlunya mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar. Pada tahapan Design (perancangan) disusun draf bagian-bagian yang dibutuhkan dalam membuat e-modul serta referensi pendukung. Pada bagian Development (pengembangan) terbentuklah perangkat pembelajaran berupa e-modul yang telah di desain secara sistematis dan memuat langkah-langkah pembelajaran didalamnya serta validitas ahli yang mencapai 80%. Selanjutnya pada tahapan Implementation (implementasi) e-modul diaplikasikan sebagai bahan ajar terhadap seluruh mahasiswa pada pembelajaran ilmu gizi olahraga, yang berjumlah 47 orang selama 1 semester. Serta diakhiri pada tahapan Evaluation (evaluasi), berupa bentuk tes kognitif guna melihat peningkatan kemampuan mahasiswa, dimana terdapat peningkatan pada kategori baik sebesar 17,02%, peningkatan pada kategori cukup sebesar 68,09%, dan penurunan pada kategori kurang sebesar 14,89%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan produk (e-modul) telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan sesuai tahapan pengembangan. Produk juga menunjukkan dampak yang positif terhadap peningkatan kognitif pada penggunanya.
