Manajemen Digitalisasi Sekolah Dasar di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Air Upas Kabupaten Ketapang

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya transformasi digital pendidikan di daerah rural yang masih menghadapi keterbatasan infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen digitalisasi sekolah dasar di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Air Upas Kabupaten Ketapang, khususnya dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hambatan, dan dampak digitalisasi terhadap administrasi serta pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, dan operator sekolah pada tujuh sekolah dasar di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Air Upas. Pemilihan informan dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sekolah telah mulai diterapkan secara bertahap melalui penggunaan aplikasi administrasi digital seperti Dapodik, Google Drive, dan Microsoft Excel, serta media pembelajaran digital berupa video, presentasi, dan gambar interaktif. Temuan penelitian mengungkap empat tema utama, yaitu perencanaan digitalisasi berbasis kebutuhan sekolah, implementasi digitalisasi dalam administrasi dan pembelajaran, hambatan berupa keterbatasan internet dan perangkat teknologi, serta strategi adaptasi sekolah melalui penggunaan perangkat secara bergantian dan pelatihan internal sederhana. Digitalisasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas administrasi, kreativitas guru, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi sekolah di daerah rural tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh ketersediaan teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kepemimpinan sekolah, kolaborasi warga sekolah, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap keterbatasan. Temuan ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen digitalisasi pendidikan serta menjadi masukan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam penguatan infrastruktur dan kompetensi digital guru di sekolah dasar.
