Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan fasilitas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06, Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13, dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 21 Kecamatan Marau. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada terbatasnya dana BOSP dan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan program CSR. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi untuk mengeksplorasi upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi keterbatasan anggaran pemerintah melalui kemitraan sektor swasta. Data diperoleh melalui purposive sampling dengan informan kepala sekolah, guru, komite, dan CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pengelolaan CSR ditentukan oleh kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan gap analysis dan penyelarasan kebutuhan (need alignment) dengan program pengembangan masyarakat perusahaan. Strategi manajerial yang diterapkan mencakup pembentukan tim pengelola inklusif, formalisasi kemitraan melalui Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), serta pengintegrasian fasilitas ke dalam inovasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Transparansi melalui laporan dampak (impact report) menjadi instrumen vital dalam menjaga kepercayaan mitra korporasi. Pengelolaan yang menginternalisasi nilai lokal seperti gotong royong dan nguwongke terbukti meningkatkan rasa memiliki komunitas sekolah. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan transformasi peran kepala sekolah menjadi pemimpin kewirausahaan dan "manajer diplomat" yang proaktif. Strategi ini berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dan mutu pembelajaran di wilayah industri.
